This is all about helping our clients identify their business objectives and then agree a plan to achieve them. We are familiar with the many academic models designed to assist in the process and are used to facilitating the planning itself usually via a workshop.

Integral to strategic planning is the corporate structure within which the business and its owners operate and we work closely with clients to identify and agree a structure that is most efficient from a tax perspective for the longer term.
