This covers the traditional area of mergers, acquisitions and disposals but aimed at meeting a business's strategic objectives. We will prepare the Information Memorandum, manage the process and assist in the negotiations.

We are also happy to provide ad hoc advice to management where we are not managing the process. We do not, however, undertake Due Diligence but are happy to introduce an appropriate provider.
