Method of Delivery

We take a hands on approach, using associates where necessary, with the aim of providing relevant, imaginative rapid response solutions. The focus is not just on the business but upon all key stakeholders in the business. This includes not only management, but also the shareholders and wider family members and staff. We take an all round “holistic” view.

Stage 1

Perhaps the most important stage of any assignment is the “diagnostic”, or more meaningfully the identification of the issue or issues that need to be addressed.

Stage 2

Usually information gathering around the business and the stakeholders.

Stage 3

Assessing the information and coming up with one or a number of potential solutions and revolves around our own internal brainstorm.

Stage 4

A workshop with the stakeholders to test out our proposed solutions and to amend them where necessary with a view to achieving a set of agreed actions.

Stage 5

Implementation.
